Instructor Trainer

Logo IAHD ITJust as an IAHD instructor is responsible for training IAHD divers, an IAHD Instructor Trainer is responsible for training IAHD Instructors and IAHD Staff Instructors.

An IAHD Instructor Trainer is expected to train Trainee (Staff) Instructors in such a way that they have an optimal chance to succeed in their final exams. For this reason, the IAHD Instructor Trainer course is only run by the IAHD head office.

During the IAHD Instructor Trainer course, the candidate learns how to help Trainee (Staff) Instructors reach their maximum potential. The aim is to further improve the didactic, management and dive skills. The attitude and appearance of the Trainee Instructor Trainer are also evaluated.
