Nitrox 36%

The IAHD nitrox 36% training programme is an introduction programme towards the use of Enriched Air Nitrox with an oxygen percentage of 36%. It is highly recommended for disabled divers to use nitrox 36% during their open water dives. Due to the higher oxygen percentage the intake of nitrogen will be reduced. This will create an improved safety margin towards Decompression Sickness. There is no requirement to be a certified diver before using nitrox 36%
